After my first experience, and a very negative one, with online purchasing of a physical item, I am pleased with this Canon S520 printer. It replaces one I have used for the past eight years with considerable satisfaction.This model release well and, above all, the ink for ink-jet printer is one of the lowest prices on the market. All cables were included with the printer. The only criticism I have is that the seller has done a poor enough to pack. With so little packing material to protect the printer, it is surprising that it made it to my address intact and functioning.As it was, the box was half open. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase..
