The headphones are comfortable for exercising but the sweat in and around my ears ends up killing the sound quality (it only happens on one side of the headphone). I'd say I sweat an average amount considering that I'm exercising while I wear the headphones, usually running, so I'd like to see Sony come out with a more water resistant headphone. I would give this product five stars except for the fact that the sound quality is bad, because the sweat, but Ive gone through two pairs and will probably be one third the next time because they are in my ears while running..
